Do you offer international shipping?
- At this time, we are only servicing Canadian customers. We calculate shipping based on weight, and it’s free with orders over $75 CAD! Check our delivery policy for more info.
What is the status of my order?
- There are three stages of the order: confirmation, awaiting shipment, shipped. You will be receiving the e-mails each time the status has changed, or you can e-mail info@naturalpetstore.ca for tracking details.
How long does it take to get my order?
- We use Canada Post for most orders and can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks depending on current conditions.
How do I place an order?
- Find the products you would like, add them to the cart, and proceed to payment! We take all major forms of credit cards.
How do I arrange a refund or return?
- Defective items are returnable within a two week period. Shipping is customer’s responsibility. Check our refund policy for more info.
